Secure packages without a person being there
I didn’t realize how much I needed this until I installed it. My office doesn’t have a receptionist or lobby, so carriers used to leave packages outside the front door where anyone could take them. Now every delivery goes straight into my hyve Smart Package Locker and stays locked until I get there. It’s been a complete game changer for my business. I've been very impressed
I've been very impressed with the hyve package locker. Requiring delivery drivers to enter a unique access code before the locker opens gives me confidence that packages are actually being secured inside instead of being left on my porch. An unexpected benefit is that mis-deliveries have noticeably decreased—if a driver accidentally goes to the wrong address, they quickly realize it when there isn't a hyve locker available to access with their delivery code. The automatic locking feature and delivery notifications provide added peace of mind, protecting packages from theft, weather, and delivery mistakes. It's a simple but highly effective solution for anyone who receives frequent deliveries. Customer service has been excellent!
